Our coaching philosophy is to inspire and create an environment for the athletes to develop skills, technique and passion for the game. Motivating and leading by example, we strive to develop individual and team soccer skills. This is accomplished through motivation "The score never interested me, only the game", respect and hard work, and always teaching to love the game "Winning isn't everything--but wanting to win is". The team will be coached under the direction of Tomasz Janas, USSF (USA Soccer Federation) National License B,C,D,F, USSF (USA Soccer Federation) National Goalkeeping License FIFA certified, NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches of America) Advance Goalkeeping Diploma, (Sport Management Worldwide) Soccer Management and Player Agent Goalkeeping License UEFA certified, SMWW (Sport Management Worldwide) Soccer Management and Player Agent.
