Notice of Annual General Meeting – 2021

Take notice that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the
Southwest United Sports Club
will be held as follows:

DATE: Wednesday November 17, 2021
TIME: 7:00 – 7:30 p.m. MDT
LOCATION:  Please Note

Due to Covid restrictions and for the safety of all members the meeting will be held via ZOOM

Votes will be counted by a show of hands as witnessed on the ZOOM meeting.

A meeting code will be posted to every team’s TeamSnap calendar in advance, and will be sent to all members the day before the scheduled meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to:  

1. Approve the minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting;
2. Receive the Financial Statements for Year ended March 2021;
3. Elect Directors;
4. Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
